Before
contacting us for support you will need the service tag of your system
which is a 7 digit alpha-numeric code which can be found on the back or
top of your system. For servers, this can also be found on the pull out
tab on the front of the server.
If
your product does not have a service tag, we will need to know the
company or person's name the product was ordered under & we may
need the serial number off the product.
During the support
session we will verify that your product was purchased from SCSISTUFF
and is still under warranty. We'll need at least a few minutes to
go over the issue and troubleshoot the problem. If you are not in front
of the product or have immediate access to it our support will be
limited. For servers and PCs we'll need a technician available to
assist us with the troubleshooting.
